In Kemah off of Toddville Road on the opposite side of the Boardwalk is the only place I know that is excess able to wading the Kemah flats.

That is a nice set up for your kayak. Looks like you can sit on either side of the yak with no problems. What kind of yak is this?

You could go to Powderhorn Lake in Indianola. This place is perfect for kayaks and plenty of flats with shell bottom. We were there at the end of March and did alright with the reds. Good luck.....

Those are one of them Redfish Spook Jr. Black dot on tail and a set of eyes. One of my go to tops in that particular area.
