There is still a lone star kayak tournament left. The west end anglers put on some good ones and their redfish tournament is also still coming up. Google West End Anglers. They have a kayak contingent that competes normally. No specific kayak category.

Great news! I dont fish down there much but any wonderful semi-wild and natural shoreline that is protected and not developed is wonderful in my opinion.

I think I'm fishing it by boat this time. Hope to see some familiar faces!
