Dang, I hope they're wrong. But, it's probably too late to reverse this.

there's a pretty good drive going to have people "swear off" single-use plastic bottles.
I never take disposable plastic bottles out, partly because they don't hold temperature, but even I don't think I'll swear off - pretty happy with my personal use priorities. I buy SmartWater in 2-liter bottles and fill my cold bottles.
But even then, I only drink SmartWater when I'm bicycling or kayaking, and refrigerated filtered tap water is good enough for driving around.

I bought one of the Frio 60 ounce "chillers" so I can take the equivalent of a few bottles of water instead of using bottled water. If it works well (haven't had a chance to use it), then I'd get a second one for sure.
