I told Nuemie I’d be more active over here so here’s an updated piece I wrote for JerryB’s kayak articles in saltwater angler years ago.

Re: Confessions of a kayak duck hunter
I never thought of duck hunting from a kayak, but I once saw a duck hunter at Wilson's Cut in waders, on his way into the marsh, carrying a shotgun. I guess he didn't use decoys? I'm glad I don't care for roast duck. I think kayak fishing is a hard and strenuous enough hobby. Good luck! TexasJim

Russ, that was a good repost. Thinking back, my how time flys right on by. That was way back there when Jerry B's was blowing and going. Some would even say, "the good ol' days"! You was really in to the duck hunting back then, for sure. Just saying........cC
