Surfside BTB Sunday, June 14th

Since Corpus is not looking good at the moment and the BHP outing was moved to the following weekend, I decided to look further up along the Texas coastline to see how conditions are. As many of you guys know, most of the time the conditions toward Surfside all the way up to Sabine are usually much calmer than down south. I went and checked the forecast/conditions and things look good for Sunday.

There is a group of us going to launch at the public boat ramp inside of the jettys right next to the coast guard station. Launch time is 6:00 am. We will work our way to the 5-mile rig. Cmon out if interested.

Here is the address to the coast guard station. The public boat ramp is just before you get to the coast guard station.
