I guess one would have to find the same kind of trees/bushes/leaves in the area you would want to build that hut?

it would have to be a multi night trip before it'd be worth it. it would probably take a full day just to build it :lol:

Larry, thanks for posting.

This is one of the best examples of using nothing but your head and hands to survive. Obviously this is in the not in the northern latitudes and that man (not a kid) has been doing this kind of stuff a long while. He has the calluses to prove it. Did you ever see him flinch while wielding his stone ax and lighting that fire. Most videos of guys just making fire involves blisters from just that event and they fail due to the pain, not this man.

Lots to learn here. Using your noodle is first, practice doing this kind of stuff. I will be sending this to my boys and we will watch it together tonight. We now have something to do.

Glad you like it I loved it... notice he started two fires with that damn stick..not one
