How are ya'll doing it??
I am wanting to start fishing that lake again an I don't mind paying to get in BUT I am having a hard time justifying paying $26 if I take someone with me.
Its flat ass crap that they charge per kayak on one vehicle.
All the cleanings this Chapter did way back and all the hard work EWB put in was forgotten when the new company took over.
I am debating if an yearly permit would be better, would have to go at least 6 times to justify cost.

Re: Calaveras
Got a yearly permit for self, wife, kayak and shelled out 143 dollars. one hundred forty-three and 00/100 dollars.
Re: Calaveras
I quit fishing at Calaveras because of the $. Not that it hurts my budget but because I think it is absolutely RIDICULOUS to charge a kayak the same as you do a boat.
Might as well run to the coast for a little extra gas $.
