fly board fodder
fly board fodder
I guess this is the sort of thing that would go on the new fly board. I've been working on setting up a new fly tying area in my home office. Just got everything in place last night. Now I'm gonna play with my new digital camera. Now let's see if I can pull this off.

Nice shop... looks like you have everything you need, but do fisherman ever really have everything they need.. "I think not"
Popasan - The chenille rack and the lazy susan for flashabou were both Christmas gifts from my better half. They are Oasis brand and available at FTU. However, it wouldn't take much to build your own.
Cojo - The yellow thing is a drier built on a flashlight frame with a 7 rpm motor.
Capt - I guess I need to get that photoshop that you always use. My Olympus came with some software called Camedia Master. I played around with it some this morning, but didn't like the results.
Now I gotta go tie some flies for Mercy to catch her first red on tomorrow. We're headed out in the morning to look for a willing redfish..........wish us luck.

Those are pretty neat. I've been wondering how to store my flashabou!

Wow, some of you guys and gals really are serious about fly fishing. Capt. Jack, what photoshop system do you use? I'm thinking about buying a digital camera, but haven't made up my mind how deeply I want to get into digital photography. I want something good for outdoors and wildlife photography so I can send pictures to my relatives and make them feel bad because they aren't out on the water.
great setup
yours is a really great setup Scott...and I see the 3 things I would use the most if it were mine:
1. the TV
2. the boom box
3. and especially the trash can! (for all my failed flies)
congratulations

That is a very nice setup indeed. Gives me an idea for an overly large bookcase that I have. May be time to cut it down and do a little customizing. After you price some of the fly tying work stations you can find on the internet you can get real creative with what you already have around the house.
