Where has Capt Carl been?
well for the past 12 days i have been laying in the ICU after removal of part of my stomach and reattachment to my Esophagus but it all went well. Everyone should go and get your colon and stomach checked. The 1st stage cancer is easy to fix. I have survived colon cancer and Esophagus cancer because I got checkups. I have lost friends younger than me because they didn't get check ups. If your over 50 get a exam. I now have 6 weeks to catch up on fishing, AP in 2 weeks. I have had about 5 cancers on my skin, 1 on my head and 1 on my tongue called a lukiaplakea from chewing tobacco. If you are young enough save yourself a lot of trouble.Good fishing to all.

Glad to see you're on the mend and now out and about.

Dude!!!
Man, I hope you're OK. I got to go fishing with you once on a memorable trip to the Chandeleurs - you talked most of the way over and I learned more about Texas in 6 hours than I ever knew before - and in a good way!
Capt Carl, you're a class act - get well soon, man.
Hell, where are you so I can come over and wish you that in person???

Capt. Carl, cover up every inch of skin you can brother. My doctor has been keeping an eye on my mid fifties body. Get blood work and general inspection every 6 months or 6,000 miles, which ever comes first.
