Good Article on Alligator Gar, Texas Monthly

Thinking on Alligator Gar has done a 180 degree turn from the past. I remember years ago when members here worked to get a limit placed on them for control of over fishing that would destroy them eventually, as has happened over most of their original range.

Good positive article, thanks! My hopes are that most anglers CPR these cool fish so that generations to follow can do the same.
