Hit Lake Austin with my 2 sons, daughter and gf.. The water was clear and we waded the shoreline tossing 3" white grub tails, Assorted Assassins and Beattle Spins.. We didn't land any fish but had a couple of bites.. Tooooo many jet skis cruising right over our lines but that's become an old gripe so I won't get into it.. Just a lack of courtesy but still a great day to be out with the kiddos.. Yakking and drifting is definitely a much better way to fish the area..
