Easy Meatloaf

2 Lbs. Ground Beef
1 egg
1/2 cup cracvker crumbs
16 oz. jar of Pace picante sauce

combine things and cook for 45 minutes at 375 degrees in a loaf pan.

I made this for lunch yesterday, except I used 3# of meat, 2 eggs, and a bag of croutons. My oldest daughter couldn't get enough of the stuff. And it didn't take 5 minutes to slap it all together. Thanks!

Sending this one back to the top because I love it - too easy. And I used Santitos Salsa instead of Pace because I work with the guy who owns the company. His mother's picture is on the jar.
