Re: Hobie pro angler 12 in dune for sale now
BigGame go to S-4 and get the keys to my Hummer and stock up on chem light batteries after that go find a gunnery sgt and ask him for a PRICK E-7. and when he's done with that he can head up to the admin office and ask for an I-D 10-T form. then head back to the motor pool and pm the 7-tons making ...

Re: Ultra Lite reels and Rods
http://www.basspro.com/Penn-Fierce-Saltwater-Spinning-Reels/product/10209996/141867 this a good reel. the second one down sounds like the size that you would want. my girlfriend has one and it is the best spinner i have ever fished with. Austen i have the fierce 2000 and the fierce graphite rod. it...

Re: "Coast" styles of fishing
Yeah I'm pretty ignorant when it comes to the styles of fishing. Can someone define what "West Coast" and "East Coast" style fishing is? How would I define "Gulf Coast" style fishing? I'm stuck inside at work tonight and bored out of my mind!! well...i'm by no means an...

Re: finicky reds...suggestions?
Once again proving that when they are hungry they will eat anything and when they aren't they won't hit anything. I have casted multiple lures and flies to the same fish and watched them ignore everything. I have even seen them ignore "cut bait" and that is dang hard to believe. Stay on t...

Re: finicky reds...suggestions?
I would try a lighter rod if the rod in the pic is the one you are using. THe reel looks perfectly sized looks to be an Okuma Epixor but a lighter rod may help you get the needed action from your lure to get a good hook setting strike from the fish. no no no that rod was a bait rod. not my lure set...

Re: finicky reds...suggestions?
Throw a DOA terror eyes it will be pretty difficult for them to toss the lure.....the moon is messing with the bite...every full moon i notice more bumps or spooks then actual hits i wonder why that is...? i swear it's like the fish are getting smarter. the other day we were at pine gully pier and ...

finicky reds...suggestions?
ok so we've found a sweet little cove to fish during the twilight hours. on the right days it's loaded with schooling reds. it's been fairly easy to spot them and sight cast on them from the dock(no kayak yet). they will almost always pursue my lure. the problem comes when they strike. they've been ...

Re: Alabama rig in saltwater?
I know the Alabama rig that has taken the freshwater bass fishing world by storm is a scaled-down, castable version of the umbrella rigs that have been used for many years in saltwater trolling. My question is whether the lighter Alabama style multi-lure rigs are effective on redfish and speckled t...

Re: Pic of the Day - Snakes
Don't even think about killing a Indigo snake, if you get caught by the state hefty fine. If you get caught by a rancher they will hang you! "The eastern indigo snake is carnivorous, like all snakes, and will eat any other small animal it can overpower. It has been known to kill its prey by wi...

it's really hard to tell from the picture but it might be a sharp nose. one thing that stands out on a sharp is their relatively skinny head and big eyes.
