Re: Plastic welding

That’s the only place I could think of also. It’s kind of depressing that all the local shops around town have closed their doors.

I was thinking about launching there next weekend when I’m down there. Haven’t been in a couple years, with the poles there now is it ok to park on the side of the road ?

Fished the lights at Jamaica beach Thursday night from 9-11.Was a nice night until the wind picked up around 10 but it did keep the mosquitoes away.Probably caught 20 fish but only 2 specs where legal and strung a couple sand trout.I took the skiff instead of the kayak this trip and was throwing fre...

Re: Boat Ramp Status South Galveston

I bought bait at sea isle Thursday night and there was a boat coming out as I pulled in.Looked to me like it was open but I launched at Jamaica beach because I was fishing out of the boat on that end.

Re: Christmas bay 02-01-16

I'd definitely like to put some fins in the fridge. Besides, after my last outing there's definitely a need to be within the visual company of others. And besides, i just put a 3 blade prop on my TM, and added a "weighted" outrigger to starboard. My law of physics, "things that don't...

Re: Saltwater Baitcasting reels

I like the h20 mettle myself, they are cheap have a good drag, and I have one I've been fishing pretty hard for 3 years.I treat them like I do my curados,Good rinse and a little oil after every trip and they will really hold up.Never would pay right at $100 for one though,if I wanted to spend that is ...

Long day with on trout

Launched at 7:00an and decided to try a new place today since it's getting cold and find some deep water to fish.Despite what the tides said water was crazy low.Found an area that came of a flat with a good drop off with mud and shell and worked it really slow.I only got 3 bites today with the first...
