Headlamp
The Last Headlamp - Nitecore NU20.
Super lightweight, versatile, perfect lighting modes, USB-charge, long life on a charge.
Heading out in a couple of days and went looking for mine.
Oh no, it was in a clothing article that went through the wash.
Works perfectly.

Re: Headlamp
Now it's battle tested lol.
I ordered what I assumed to be a cheap one off Amazon over a year ago. I've used it quite a bit both on the water and at home. So far it's holding up well. No issues at all. Battery lasts a long time. The USB re-charge is nice. It's not the brightest headlamp for sure but it's also not heavy on my head.

Re: Headlamp
here's the Nitecore, made in Austin.
What I like about it, has every brightness level you could ask for, including one plenty soft for night fishing.

I like this caplight. Rechargeable, plenty bright (with three separate settings) and will last all night.

Re: Headlamp
sure, put it through the wash and tell me how it comes out.
Though it's odd this is your single, only post to TKF.

Re: Headlamp
I run a bicycle tail-light on the end of my kayak for night driving and road rules.
Just upgraded that with a pretty good USB+sealed one, and stainless hardware on the band mount
The last one I used was a cheap battery closeout and lasted well enough.
Always kept the light inside my Engel dry box when it wasn't being used, but finally just being near the salt killed it.

Re: Headlamp
Yep I do the same. Except for when I pull my Yakima trailer.

Re: Headlamp
If your boat is more than 4' behind your trailer lamps, you actually still need it.
