Day 11
Day 11
Launched just after daylight wind was already blowing. Tide was high well above normal and supposed to be going out but wasn't. Found a drain where the wind was creating some current caught 4 trout all under 20" and a 20" red, missed more that a few bites all on the slow sinking mirrolure. Water warmed to 62 degrees still in good shape. Called it an early day was tired after fishing 3 days in a row
Re: Day 11
Nice report. I’d like to be fishing, but unfortunately I caught the respiratory crud that’s been circulating around. That lingering illness, unsettled weather, and a banged up knee are conspiring against me getting out. There are signs of improvement on all fronts so maybe soon.

Admiral, nice catch again! Let me know if you want to start selling some speck filets to Gaido's... And save some for me!

Thanks, again, for sharing your fishing adventure. Makes the mental pictures of my past fishing trips much more vivid.
