I like this hope you do too.
Fish Fry is easy. Take some Rice Krispys put in Food processor(Cuisinart) and pulverize to a powder. Dip fish fillet in Milk and egg mixture then dredge in Rice Krispys.
As for the Tartat Sauce I like a little zip to it where it feels like someone sticks you in the cheeks after you taste it this is a real zesty recipe and I know you will like it.
All in a Blender or Cuisinart
5Tsp of Hellmans Light or Regular Mayo
3 Tsp of Frenchs Yellow or Grey Poupon( I prefer Grey Poupon)
1/4 to 1/2 of a white onion Chopped
3 whole Zesty Dill Pickles
2 Tbsp Pickle juice or Caper Juice
6-20 Capers add to taste they give the sauce the zip!
pinch or 2 of salt.
If it is too runny for you add a little mor mayo.
