Heroes on the Water will be holding a family picnic/kayak demo for the Ft Hood/ Darnall Army Hospital Warrior Transition Brigade's injured soldiers and families on Sunday, 16 August from 12 PM to 5 PM. We could use some help getting folks in and of of yaks and as safety observers. Jay61 is bringing some food for the soldiers and families. and I'm betting that if you wanted to grill something, he could figure out how to do it or have a place for you to do that.

let me see what the wife has going . we just help a demo day a while back . this sounds like a blast . i have two boys with yaks that could help people that's out on the water , for tips or safety . i will run it by her tomorrow . i would love to help out .
