OMG look what was caught in Seabrook

I think this little guy was lost. Goose sent me the picture of this thing. He caught it in a ditch in a cast net.

Very cool. Tough to tell how big it is. Obviously a baby tarpon but what do you think? a foot? less?

i use to catch them in chocolate alot but not very often anymore.............. but very nice

yup i think alot of fish have been very lost this year. I seen some guy catch a pretty big pompano like 2 weeks ago on the pine gully pier.

ya was only about 8 in & little over 1in wide

If the ditch is wet all year round and it's a big ditch, the tarpon when it was quite small, might have been trapped in there from Ike.

Seeing as how that fish was likely spawned this past spring I really doubt Ike had anything to do with it being there.

Who cares why they're there! Heck I hope to see big schools of hundred pounders chainin, bangin around and eating everything in their site right in front of Toddville!

thats a cool picture. thats going to be winter fishing hole. I caught a quart of oysters down there yesterday at Roses
