Finished a new painting!

Post by jimithing »

Been doing a lot of paintings lately and now I'm finally getting to where I want to be artist wise, here's my latest slam painting. Let me know what you guys think. I am making prints of this so if any of you are interested in one, message me for details.

Nice! Kudos on getting the eyes on the correct side of the flattie. Easily 3/4 of the local fish art I see put them on the right (wrong) side. Attention to detail!

Thanks milk! Yeah I'm a redfish guy without a doubt but my buddy who's a flounder nut and also paints would never let it down if I painted the eyes on the wrong side. Even more sac religious is when someone paints the red and white bars on the Texas flag upside down. I've seen that a couple times.

Yessir. Blood on the ground, clouds in the sky. No excuse.

Prints are $115 shipped to your door, and they will be 14"x20" on cold press watercolor giclee paper.

Got the artist proof done yesterday and have 10 sold already. Only 5 left! I will be picking them up tomorrow morning and then shipping them out either tomorrow afternoon or Saturday morning. Will post a pic of the actual prints as they are larger than the artist proof.

Well the prints are in! They came out amazing! Ones on the left are the 14x20" (actual size is 16"x22" for only $115 to your door!!!) and the one on the right is 16"x24" (actual size 18"x26"). The larger one is mine but I will be selling those at $125 shipped to your door on special order. It only means it would take a day or two longer. But I do have 5 more of the 14x20" prints available before they are no more so if you want one, message me for payment details. Not sure if I'll do a second run or not. Also, may be getting a t-shirt deal on some of my paintings soon as well, so keep a look out. Now, let the signing begin!
