FINALY MADE THE TRIP TO GREENS LAKE. Won't do it again, man what a paddle.

Fun day yesterday regardless the workout i got going to greens from louis. I was able to pick up a Texas Slam and lots of fish (mostly trout)Tons of rain yesterday although the fish seemed to stay active most of the day. Down South Lures Salt Sass was the ticket as I caught all fish on this color yesterday. Almost all fish were caught working shorelines in the marsh.

Cripes. What is that, like a 12 mile round trip? I get tired after a 12 yard round trip. At least the fish posed all nice-like for your photos.

Good Lord that's a hell of a paddle! I've always wanted to fish Greens but usually think it's too far to run in my microskiff. Gotta stop making excuses now. Kuddos though for taking on a marathon like that.

Wow. That's a paddle! Nice fish. 2 questions though. Whats on your thumb and that's the first I seen a DSL rigged upside down. Any reason why you rig them that way?

You really PADDLED that, or you pedaled/paddled? If you paddled all that way you did something a couple of notches above a TX Slam!

Spoon bill, I paddled it. About 11 miles total.

Yakety yak that's a line Cutterz ring and I rig them on both sides. Defitnley not upside down.
