I got some flat skewers a couple of years ago and have thrown the old ones so far back in the drawer I’m not sure I could find them. Probably slightly less effective than what you have there at keeping the largest shrimp from warping, but they are easier to feed through a bunch of jumbos. I think I need both

Makes me want to go out and try to find a 5 pound box of U-10 Brownies.

I have a recipe that includes using U-10s and making skewers out of sugar cane. One through the tail and one through the thick end.
