I liked this fly when I saw it, it was more of a small water fly. I'm gonna throw it when the pompano are getting eaten. But critics are welcome.

OK, let me get this straight.Kayak buddy wrote:I'm gonna throw it when the pompano are getting eaten.

You designed this fly to catch surf fishermen?
They're easy to snag, and a bare hook will do.
Par for the course.

Have you ever been in the surf and seen small hand sized pompano getting eaten, they stir up the water big time. Come on if I wanted to catch a fisherman, I'd tie a fly that looked like a beer.Ron Mc wrote:OK, let me get this straight.Kayak buddy wrote:I'm gonna throw it when the pompano are getting eaten.

Ron Mc, that fly looks perfect for my golf course pond fishing.
