1 cup hellmans mayo
fresh chopped parsley
dill relish
lemon juice
grated onion
I just mix until it "looks" like tarter sauce. I would guess about a tablespoon of each to start out. Let "sit" for a few hours to blend the flavors. Sure beats the bottled stuff and will last a week or so in the fridge.
