power hard candy!

2 1/2 cups of sugar then 1 cup of light corn syrup then 1/2 cup of water then some food coloring i use blue then any flavor of oil you like i use cinnamon oil about 2 table spoons of it ! combine sugar syrup color n pot bring temp to 295 mix well then add flavor oil mix again then pour on a cookie sheet that has sides on it all around dust with powder sugar let fully cool ! break apart and enjoy some on your next kayak trip !
