Following is a slight variation of the recipe from the Islander.
2 sticks butter
3 Tbls minced Garlic
1/2 lemon, squeezed (juice)
1/4 tsp liquid crab boil
1/2 cup fresh chopped parsley
1.5 Tbls Lea & perrins white wine worcestershire sauce
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp tabasco
Heat all together and boil for 3 min. Season fish with Tony's and baste with sauce while cooking. Adjust garlic per taste on next batches.
