Jalapeño Pie


1 ½ pounds HEB jalapeño bacon, cooked and broken up
1 ½ pounds HEB peppered bacon, cooked and broken up
1 26oz can of LaCostena nacho sliced jalapeños
2 or 3 diced potatoes with the skin
All the following spices are to taste:
Pepper
Cayenne Pepper
Garlic Powder
Onion Powder
Mrs. Dash Salt Free Extra Spicy (Crushed Red Pepper)
Mrs. Dash Salt Free Table Blend
Mrs. Dash Salt Free Original Blend
McCormick Salt Free Spicy Seasoning
McCormick Salt Free All Purpose Seasoning
Tony Chachere’s Salt Free Creole Seasoning
Dried Tabasco
Oscar Mayer Canadian Style Bacon, cut up
8oz sliced Mushrooms, broken up
2 pounds HEB grated cheese
12 eggs, beaten

Cook bacon in microwave. Layer in 13.5x9.5 dish, jalapeños, bacon, potatoes,
spices, Canadian bacon, mushrooms ¾ of cheese, eggs, ¼ of cheese. Preheat oven at
325. Bake for 45 minutes. Can prepare the night before and put in refrigerator, dish Next morning, put dish in oven (no preheating) turn oven to 325 and cook for
1 hour.



Mexican Martini’s

2 cups orange juice
2 cups sweet & sour
2 cups margarita mix
2 cups tequila
¼ cup triple sec
Fresh lime juice (1 lime)
Jalapeño stuffed olives
Stir sticks for olives

Mix well and chill. Makes ½ gallon.

now that's a good recipe....a 1/2 gallon marg.... :lol: hopefully you only need one..........S-A
