Bad News

Life can get in way sometimes and work can even more. I have to go out of town that weekend for a restaurant seminar and I will not be able to attend the picnic. This just got dropped in my lap today and I can't back out. I will still help co-ordinate as much as I can and I will still be glad to donate the venison ham but some one else will need to cook it or I can smoke it on Thursday and some one can pick it up and re-heat it for the picnic. Again I wish I could go but I can't.
