Caught a nice Guadalupe bass this weekend

Post by chavez »

Went fishing around Jones Brothers park in Jonestown and caught my biggest Guadalupe bass to date. She measured just shy of 16" and over 2 pounds. Caught on a olive and black Seaducer fly. She was sitting at the back corner of a boat dock right near the cliff.

That would best the State fly rod record of 1.40# and 15.75"

Great fish.

Thanks y'all!

Good information to know Doug. She was a pretty fish though; record or not.
