Kayak Rental and Fishing in South Padre Island

I am brand new to fishing from a Kayak- haven't even purchased one yet. However, I was headed to SPI to meet some family at the end of this week. I have only fished the bay with full charter guide once and I thought I might try something new. Is there anywhere I can rent a rigged kayak, find the local flies, put in and catch fish. Basically I am showing up with a fly rod and a pair of sunglasses and hoping to kill a day fishing. Any ideas, or links to contact. I would even consider hiring a guide again if I knew where to start. Thanks.
