Tawakoni Fishing Report?

Post by Vlaude »

Has anyone fished Tawakoni lately? Looking for a change of scenery and thinking about hitting it for hybrid. I haven't been out there this winter.

That's the story of my life! Seems like the wind follows me wherever I go. Forecasted for 7mph last weekend the night before... Once I get on the water 15 and gusting over 20! Oh well...

It sure can get nasty diwn by the dam with a good north wind! Just a heads up incase you've never been out there on a day like that! LOL

Thinking about going down there...

I would think they a pretty easy pickings, but I just haven't made it out. Been hitting them pretty good on Texoma.Been deadsticking them since the water is low and cold! Water has been colder than average when I've been out. I prefer to cast, but the numbers and size makes it hard to do something else. Wonder what the water temps are on Tawak? Anyone know???
