Welcome to New Members

Post by Barnacle Bill »

Welcome to some new members!

You have joined and austere group of folks and every event we have is formal. Formal wear is a Columbia shirt, black bow tie, black Speedo swimsuit and knee high tube socks, with 3 green stripes around the top.

Kayaking with Aggroman is not allowed.

Thanks for the add.

Your formal wear is what I aim to wear every Tuesday.

I'm in San Angelo if anyone wants to fish. And no, I'm not scared of getting wet in this cold weather, so neither should you!

You must also bring your own 1 gallon tub of creamy peanut butter and single strand of John Travolta's chest hair to our monthly meeting of the Redneck Council Of The Temple Of The Sublime Mind.

Thanks for the add! Been tournament fishing my whole life got burned out last year bought a Kayak to get back to enjoying the outdoors and hopefully a more simple approach to bass fishing. I'm In Big Lake and am looking forward to getting to know the kayak waters in the area. If anybody wants to meet up in the Angelo area and do some fishing sometime let me know!

Thanks for the add. I've always fished in a bass boat but this last spring gave up big boats and went to a hobie PA and I'm loving fishing again!! Anyone around San Angelo let me know. I fish nasworthy a lot and all the rivers. Take care Mike A.

Nasworthy is where I learned to fish. You can be a hero and a zero there, it's a humbling lake for sure. Used to be better back when it had grass!

On behalf of the Abilene contingency of the Sublime Minds, welcome to all Greenies! We've actually become rather passionate about ice fishing this week in Abilene.......

I have been following your story about the Pecos, I have camped many times in the "cave" about 7-10 miles from the weir. Because of your story I have developed a emergency plan incase this ever happens to me. I have also see the river change in a matter of minutes! I guess i am trying to say thank you for your story. It helped me open my eyes! And I don't think you will be able to run the pecks for awhile! we went in october and the water was about 26 inches from the bottom of the end of the ramp! @Aggroman
