Dunlap ramp

Thinking about pulling out a couple yaks and paddling up river from the ramp under i35 to the fork where the Comal and Guadalupe meet.
Has anyone been there recently and what is the tuber traffic like?
No fishing just want to get out for an hour or two

With this high flow, and having to portage around the Dam, which is a couple of hundred yards up from the ramp, it might be easier to put in at Cypress Bend park and paddle down stream....just a thought.
