I got to hankerin' for some Jalapeno Jelly so I searched online for a recipe so I could make my own.
Way too many recipes to choose from. Finally tried one that was simple and followed it to a T and it won't turn into jelly like it should. In the fridge it thickens up some, but not jelly like. The taste is awesome but I'd have to pour it on my biscuits instead of spreading it with a knife.
Anybody out there have a good recipe they'd like to share? And thanks.......
