Stupid simple Speckled Trout fillet recipe

This is so easy its criminal.
Buy a box of chicken Rice a Roni. You also need butter per the box.
Prepare in a large skillet with cover per the recipe on the box.
But...about 10 minutes from end of rice being cooked down, just lay fillets on top of the semi-cooked rice, sprinkle them with whatever seasoning you want (Tony C, Old Bay, etc).
Cover and cook (actually you are steaming the fillets) about 10 minutes.
The fish fillets come out beautifully cooked. And you have a rice pilaf ready to serve. I've done this several times with fresh fillets or frozen only a couple of days. I haven't tried other fish.
