Redfish Bay Fishing Lcations

Post by Cobra2020* »

The coastalbendfishing.com site lists and describes saltwater fishing locations for the region and categorizes them both by city and by bay. However the site does not identify launch locations; it seems more oriented to power boaters. I focused on Redfish Bay. I identified the closest kayak launch sites from the Kayak and Wade Fish Access Points Along the Texas Coasts website and used the Navionics website's distance calculating tool to estimate the distance from the launch sites to the fishing locations. I created an Excel spreadsheet to show this data. I would be glad to put it on this website if anyone can tell me how to do so. I would also welcome any corrections to the data that anyone wants to make. I am new to this area so many others may have first-hand information that is more accurate or current than what I found online.

Yes, that's the launch data that I used.

I couldn't figure out how to include or attach the Excel file so I transferred the data to a Word file that I could at least take a legible photo of and attach it.

. Sorry the quality is so poor; my phone doesn't take good pictures of my computer screen. Again, any corrections or suggestions are welcome.

Another photo of the data

, this one from a Word file (first one was from an Excel file). Not much better, if any.

you pretty much need a copystand to get good photographs of print.
Auto exposures try to turn everything into blue sky and green grass.

What might be better is finding a file sharing site so you can link directly to the spreadsheet.

The link pops right to the interactive map when I click on it, so I wouldn't know what to repost.
