Anyone here convert the Jackson JKrate to a live well before?

I have the Krate but haven’t converted it as I don’t usually use live bait. Kayak Fishing Supplies has a DIY kit but it is a bit pricey. You might look at their pics and watch their video, and be able to piece the components together yourself.

The Krate is heavy. Full of water will make it very heavy. Just a thought.
