Anyone know if you can launch at the end of China Clipper Drive by Cold Pass? I can see a couple of signs on google street view, but can't read what they say.

Brazoria CAD Map shows all parcels as privately owned at the end of China Clipper Dr.
One sign reads, "Parking only for Treasure Island Property Owners. All violators towed at vehicle owner's expense."
