This morning we had a small weather window, and I made the best of it. With all the recent rains dumping dirty fresh water into the gulf, I ran South to the helipad at PINS. Even down there the visibility was only three feet at the rig, but jacks didn’t mind and found my rattling lures without too much problem. They were big ones too. The smallest was 43” and largest was 46”, so the new Stealth got to test how big a fish the hatch could swallow. I managed a couple of snapper but at 13” and 14” they were released to grow some more. If the video captured what it was supposed to, there will be video up next week.

That’s a fun trip jacks on a kayak, that’s a lot of fun. I don’t keep them for eating just shark bait. I’ll say it again I love that stealth
