Quick Trip during her Mother’s Day Nap

After church services and taking my wife to her choice of restaurants, she asked for a two hour undisturbed nap. She had just finished her last final and pulled high grades, so who was I to argue? I grabbed my gear and quickly got to the water... to make sure she was not disturbed during nap time. I figured 30 minutes to paddle to a fishy spot, one hour to find a few, and thirty minutes to get back to the truck. Considering I lost a pair of nice fish by rushing the hook sets, I think I did okay. Tonight we worked out at the gym and I cooked fresh redfish for dinner. It was delicious!
