the meeting went well yesterday at the chamber......here are a few things that were covered:
need more advertisement for next year.....lots of folks did not even know that this was going on....
need better layout for food vendors, keep them together......more food and drink vendors....
a few e-mails were sent to jennifer and questions and comments were appreciated.....
one volunteer needs to be assigned to organize and keep the seminars on time....
need better control over the kayak demo area near the water....
add one more tour of LHL on saturday.....total of three tours....
suggested hours....9:00-5:00 saturday, 10:00-4:00 sunday.....
more signage in the expo area......sign to indicate time, subject, and presentor for the seminars....
more free seminars.....
