Got a late start and was on the water at 8:30am. Started off with live shrimp, and after about the 20'th sheephead had to switch to artificial. Threw several favorite plastics with no success, but ol 'faithful 3" New Penny saved the day and ended up pullen in several reds to make the first trip out of the year
well worth it 8)

I'm pretty sure he is talking about 3" New Penny Berkley Gulp Shrimps. Its just that its mentioned so much on here, that there's no need to go further than 3" New Penny :)
