Deer Round Steak

Anyone have a good recipe?

I was given about 10 8oz steaks.

The first 5 I seasoned with Tony Chacheres put in a bowl and filled the bowl with Italian dressing.

But what should I do to the other 5?

BTW, I need answers pretty quick. I plan on doing them tonight. :P
