Smoked Fish Sandwich

Ingredients:

1 fillet of whatever fish you can catch
1 Kaiser Roll, Hoagie Roll, or whatever
Remoulade sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
Lettuce
Sliced tomato
Sliced white onion

Salt and pepper the fillet to taste, and then place it in a Cameron's Stovetop Smoker on your kitchen stove, using alder, apple, maple, or other mild wood, smoke for 20 minutes or so. Put the sandwich together. The Cameron's Stovetop Smoker is the best little kitchen implement I have ever invested in, giving authentic smoke flavor to all sorts of fish, poultry, and meat in my kitchen, without the muss and fuss of outdoor smoking. I still use my outdoor smoker a lot, but for a quick smoked meal, the stovetop smoker can't be beat.

Reefmonkey, thanks for the heads up on the Cameron Smoker. Got mine last week and smoked the redfish I caught Sunday. It was great and easy to do! :D
