RECYCLED ARCHERY RACK

Post by LOOKN4REDS »

Really just wanted to try posting pics for the first time. Thought this might be interesting.

The wood is from an old fence, the arrows are aluminum that were replaced by carbon, the skull was found tangled in a barb wire fence, horse shoes...my wife has about a zillion and of course the feathers are buzzard. Took about 2 hours to put together.

Thought I would ask my wife to move the wedding portrait so I could mount above the mantle

That is a real nice bow and arrow rack. I've found a few commercially built ones on the internet, but all of them are over $100. I'm looking for one that can hold 2 recurves and 1 hybrid longbow.

Here is one of the best places for traditional or compound bow racks that you can put together. They have one, two three or four bow racks in different stains. Not too expensive either.

Three Rivers Archery has one that is about $40. Comes unassembled, but very easy to put together. Everything was pre-drilled. Put some stain on it and looks pretty good. Pegs for 4 bows and 12 arrow clips.

I've seen the one with 3 Rivers. I'll be getting the 3 bow rack with the storage compartment under the bows that's on the link I posted. Just scroll on down the page until you see it. I'll be ordering it in walnut stain.
