Ok folks, it's plastic navy helping the community time again.

A lot of you know the drill & have participated before & it'd be great to have you out there again. For any of you new folks that have never done this, you should give it a try. We'll be taking people with various disabilities out for some kayaking at lake Grapevine, Meadowmere Park. Many of their participants have kayaked before but a lot of them are and may even be first timers. I'm proud to say that with our volunteer force we have NEVER turned away someone wanting to give it a try REGARDLESS of their disability level. Some folks want to go on their own, others want an experienced kayaker near by and others prefer to go out tandem with an experienced kayaker, we fix 'em up howvere they prefer to try.

Date: Sept 22nd
Time: Arrival, set up, unloading, etc. 8:00am (all vehicles have to be out of the event area no later than 9:00, cars and wheelchairs don't mix well
