My Teardrop

Post by 4X4Yak »

A lot of people asked about my teardrop at the TOBA tourney. I told alot of you I would post where to get plans.
I designed and built mine myself. I got a lot of info and ideas from this site.

http://www.mikenchell.com/forums

I am an admin there. My screen name is Sonetpro.

Here are my build pic's.

Anwers to the most common questions:
No you can not stand up in it.
Yes I built it myself.
No I will not build you one.

That's one sweet trailer. Is there any possibility you could put a kayak rack on the camper?

I have racks that go on it. The wife didn't like picking them up on top.
The kayak trailer is much easier.

whatwake: It took me a year.

Terry G.: Nice little camper

SY2: It's right behind the stove. The vent on the side is for the A/C. It is a 2000 btu doghouse A/C and heat unit called a Petcool. It works good and runs on a Honda 2000.

gerald: After seeing some of your boats. I know you could build one.

Can I have your comforter and sheets?
If not I would like some Sponge Bob underwear.

That is a neat setup. I only know how to build square things.

That is very cool. I didn't know what a tear drop was until I read your post and looked at the link. Very impressive. I was thinking to myself, self, you could build that. Then I snapped back to reality. As Napoloen Dynamite said it best "You have skills"! :D
