Insulated KaYAK Fish storage bags

Post by npikayaking »

I am in the market for an insulated kayak fish storage bag. Online I have looked at a YAK3 CATCH BAG and the SURF TO SUMMIT INSULATED BAGS.
Has any one used one of these? If so what do you like and not like? How do they hold up? Are they easy to clean? Are there other bags that you have used and worked well?

I would like to have your thoughts.

Thanks for your help and input.

every kayak fish bag I've ever had got holes in the liner from teeth, fins and gill plates and stank REALLY bad after the first few trips. Now I use a small igloo, or a white tuna bag for offshore - those things are tough! How much space are you working with here?
