I'm in San Angelo, but I don't have a Hobie. I went Wilderness Systems Tarpon 120 for the weight.

I won't hold your Hobie against your tho ;)

Let's fish when it warms up.

I have a Hobie. It is the only Hobie of its kind. Many years ago Hobie was trying to create their first SOT. They made 50 fiberglass ones and sent them out to dealers to test.

I ended up with one of them that I purchased from a friend.

The other 49 were destroyed by Hobie.

I'll say this, I've been fishing a ton since this last spring mostly Nasworthy and the rivers and I've not run across any other kayak guys. When I was in the clubs I never had a place to my self, but that was 14 years ago. Are there less guys fishing today? or I'm I just getting lucky! Lol!!

I hope my comments here today will infuriate a certain person so that said person will come out to the lake with said kayak and go fishing with the said's kayaking pals. And this goes for Bigrock too!

If you meant 2004, Bill would have seen it.

If you meant 1904, Bigrock would have seen it.

Bastards!

Yes, I still fish out of it. I'm unable to kayak right now because it is still hunting season. I live on the river so I fish almost every day that doesn't fall in hunting season... LOL...

I always try to schedule get togethers but Scott works 7 days a week, Bigrock has the livestock shows and his lambs and goats to show, MWS is always at Academy and hasn't been on the water since he crossed the Red Sea with some friends while the waters were parted. So, techincally he wasn't even ON the water then!!!!!!!!!!

Oh yeah, I think I ran into him once at Wal-Mart... Some guy was asking about a rifle and the clerk was fumbling around for words so Mike took his little glue "Wal-Mart" vest, put it on, shoved the clerk out of the way and sold the guy 3 or 4 rifles... :D :D :D

Now, about them sheeps..........

Yes, he is showing breeding sheep. No market lambs. He's signed up for San Angelo, Houston and San Antonio.

And if you asked real nicely, he could probably show you how to observe weather.
