It's been an awesome ride so far. I really never thought that screaming little kid that was born fourteen years ago today, would turn out to be the best fishing, yakking, canoeing, and camping partner i've ever had. I always listened to those folks who said, cherish the time with your kids, for they will be grown before you know it. I took it to heart and included him on as many adventure I could. It has paid off, and now he can pretty much handle his own with whatever we are doing, and I don't have to worry too much. He's has become a great kayaker, and a pretty good fisherman, although I still outfish him everytime.
I believe our adventures together are really just beginning.Happy Birthday Nicholas!
